Your email address and real name are never divulged to any other member by Pornsonic. If you contact another member via the system, your email address will be included by default in the email so that the other Member can reply to you directly. When you invite your Buddies, your real name is also included so that the recipient knows who has emailed them.

Third Party disclosure:

Pornsonic will not pass your information to any third party for the purposes of marketing. In the event that a request is made from a governmental body with respect to a criminal offence, Pornsonic will release full details to the appropriate authority.
